Thanks to your digital expertise and leadership, you convince your internal customers to work with you. For the success of your mission, you operate with a strong business orientation, a deep customer focus and an obsession of measuring the results of the digital initiatives.Global purpose Thanks to a good understanding of business strategies (at country level as well as for international businesses like HPS), you help the organization building the relevant digital roadmap, with a conversion approach, to reach business goals.You are able to conduct audit of digital ecosystem in a BU in order to optimize the digital marketing actions. This audit is based on analytics data and on interviews conducted with the marketing and sales management team. Following this audit, you will make recommendations which will be translated into projects to feed a digital roadmapMainly missions You provide help on demand to businesses on the following topics: UX/UI methodology implementation to build new websites (customers interviews, personas, customer journeys, user flows…). Traffic Acquisition strategy & consumer engagement (Content marketing, Search Engine Optimization, paid campaigns such as SEA, emailing & marketing automation, …) Conversion rate optimization, Measurement plan (tagging plan implementation, tracking…), Data visualization (Google data studio, Big Query, Forepaas…) You ensure the good practice sharing in Digital Marketing, through the animation of the Digital Marketing communityEco-system & internal customer In general, you can work with a lot of collaborators with different positions (Marketing director, CEO, Marketing project leader, UX designer, etc.). Furthermore, you develop all those missions in a complex international environment and adapt your practice with different country.
You have a Digital Marketing degree (min. MSc level) and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing area.You have developed a strong technical knowledge on digital marketing. You know how to implement website both in project and technical part. You are confident with google suite and you can realise specific dashboard to follow up the web activity.You use English as a professional language.
